TurnaMesh Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These terms govern access to TurnaMesh, AZINTECO's shared business messaging connection layer. Product-specific order forms, data-processing agreements and written customer contracts may add to or override these terms.

Provider and service

TurnaMesh is operated by AZINTECO MAHDUD MASULIYYATLI CAMIYYATI (AZINTECO MMC), Baku, Azerbaijan. It connects customer-owned WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger assets to approved AZINTECO products such as TurnaMessage and TurnaMed.

Customer assets and authority

The customer keeps ownership and administrative control of its Meta Business Portfolio, Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number and content. The customer confirms that it is authorised to connect each asset and to grant the permissions required for the service.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate information, protect administrator access, obtain required notices and messaging consent, respect opt-in and opt-out choices, use approved templates where required, and comply with applicable law and platform terms. The service must not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, unauthorised access or deceptive identity practices.

Sensitive data and medical use

Customers must minimise sensitive data and must not use TurnaMesh as an emergency, diagnosis or treatment system. Automated output must not replace qualified human judgment in medical, legal, financial or other high-impact decisions. Sensitive or health-context data may not be used for advertising or unrelated profiling.

Third-party platforms

Meta and other providers control their own APIs, reviews, policies, pricing, availability and enforcement decisions. AZINTECO cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to a third-party platform. Customers remain responsible for their relationship with those providers.

Security and suspension

AZINTECO may restrict or suspend a connection to protect customers, users or the platform, or in response to suspected compromise, abuse, non-payment, unlawful use or a third-party platform requirement. We will use reasonable efforts to notify the customer when doing so is safe and permitted.

Data and termination

Data handling is governed by the TurnaMesh Privacy Policy, the relevant product policy and any customer data-processing agreement. On termination, credentials are revoked or removed and customer data follows the stated export, deletion and backup schedule.

Service changes and warranties

Features may change as channel APIs and product requirements evolve. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available basis and specific service levels are not guaranteed. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

Liability and written agreements

Any fees, service levels, liability limits, governing law and dispute process are defined in the applicable order form or written customer agreement. If there is a conflict, that signed agreement takes priority over this public page.
